Mediation is an expeditious and effective way to resolve these conflicts. Mediation helps the parties focus on the issues in order to solve the issues without resorting to litigation, which is costly, time consuming and stressful.

Most real estate transactions are not cost effective for litigation, but they need to be resolved.  Mediation is a method available to resolve the issues that can allow the participants to move forward in their lives.
