CONSTRUCTION MEDIATION

Mediation helps the members of the construction project alliance lay a foundation that defines each members role and responsibility so that the project can be completed
using a proactive rather than reactive approach. No matter how large or small the project is challenges and issues arise.
PROCESS
Construction mediation is a process in which the mediator facilitates discussions between owners who form an alliance with one or more service providers to complete a project.
Construction mediation is most effective when used before groundbreaking but is also beneficial anytime before completion. The goal of the process is to build a cohesive team so that the project is completed in less time, for less money and with no claims or litigation.

-
Identify and prevent risks
-
Determine performance schedules
-
Create communication procedures
- Design a problem solving and conflict management process
