Debra provides coaching to help groups cultivate resourceful and constructive ways to handle, conflict enabling people and organizations to meet their personal and organizational objectives.
PROCESS
Additionally, Debra provides services to multilateral ventures between the NGOs, foundations, corporations, regulatory/governmental agencies and individuals partnering on projects and programs that promote social justice and global development which have unique conflict management needs. Generally these ventures are highly heterogeneous and multi-faceted, presenting complexity due to the necessity of blending intercultural, cross-cultural, organizational, and socioeconomic diversity. Unique analysis is required to create conflict management programs that successfully address the multi-layer diversity and conflict issues that occur. Conflict management programs are designed to bridge the multifaceted issues presented using an integrative approach to meet the client’s unique program requirements.
