Debra produces training programs and workshops to deliver knowledge and skills designed increase mediation skills and to advance conflict management systems. Trainings are custom-tailored to meet the needs of the particular individuals, teams and organizations for which the training is designed.
Debra customizes training and education programs for public and private sector organizations as well as multilateral partnerships between the NGOs, foundations, corporations and regulatory/governmental agencies partnering on projects and programs that promote social justice and global development which have unique conflict management needs.
